Designer Time Returns Policy

 We’re pleased to offer you 30 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from Designer Time. In order to qualify for our refunds policy, the item(s) must be in unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original box, along with the instructions, guarantee and all extras (CD-ROMs etc.). (Any item of pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults.)

Once we receive the item, we will need 48hrs to inspect it in order to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when as soon as the refund has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 5 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the refund to be processed.

We advise sending your return to us using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is tracked from the post office to our warehouse, and it will also be insured.  Please also make a note of the tracking reference number.

Please note: Your card will be refunded in full once your returned has been inspected by our returns team. We do not charge any form of refund or re-stocking fees, unlike many of our competitors.
