Postage & Packaging is free of charge on all Mainland UK Orders!
Depending on the item(s) that you have ordered, we use one of three delivery services. The most common is Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, followed by Royal Mail Special Delivery and Interlink Express couriers. All of our secure delivery services require a signature at the point of delivery, so please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel.
Providing the item that you have ordered is in stock, we aim to package and dispatch your order within 24hrs and delivery takes just 24-48hrs from the point of dispatch. On the day of dispatch you will receive a courtesy email from us confirming that your order has left our warehouse.
We also offer a guaranteed next day delivery service for £4.99 and providing you have placed your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday, you will receive your order before 5pm the following day.
If you order with next day delivery on a Friday, your order will be delivered either on the Saturday or the Monday, as Saturday deliveries unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Any orders placed over the weekend for next day delivery will be dispatched on Monday and delivered by 5pm on Tuesday.
We are happy to ship both inside and outside of the EU - all postage charges for overseas deliveries are calculated once you've added a product to your basket and then selected the destination country for delivery.
