Delivery is free on all orders over £30, and just £1.49 for all orders under £30. We put a lot of effort into ensuring your order is packaged extremely carefully, and we only use Royal Mail recorded delivery or a courier service, enabling us to track your order from start to finish. (Please ensure someone will be available at your delivery address to sign for the parcel).

We aim to dispatch your items within 24 hours of receipt of your order Monday to Friday 9.30a.m. - 5.30p.m (excluding Bank Holidays), stock permitting. Once your order has been dispatched the delivery time and cost will depend on the option you choose.

If you would like to cancel an order please call us on 01746 769750. If your order has already been despatched then we would ask you to take delivery and post the item back to us within 28 days for a full refund, providing it is in its original packaging and in new condition.
