Are your items brand new?

Absolutely - we only sell brand new watches and we only source our stock directly from the official UK supplier. We do not import any watch that you'll find on our website - imported watches often carry a much shorter guarantee length so be careful when buying from retailers who aren't official authorised dealers for the brand you are buying.

What is the shipping cost?

We ship all orders completely FREE OF CHARGE! There are no hidden charges. If you'd like to upgrade to our next day delivery service there is a small surcharge of £4.99.

Is the website secure?

In the bottom right hand corner of the screen when you reach our checkout form, you will see a padlock symbol indicating that our checkout form is fully secure and your information will be protected

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

What guarantee is supplied with my watch?

Each brand offers a different guarantee period so you'll need to check each specific product to find out the exact length of the guarantee. On each product page there is an information tab for 'Guarantee' and under that tab you'll find all of the information that you need to know.

Absolutely - we only sell brand new watches and we only source our stock directly from the official UK supplier. We are authorised retailers for every brand you'll find on this website.
